Glitch, Part 4

here are 2 new glitches ive seen lately

as u can se dere is a person just standing dere lol

and heres the second one:

i dunno wat this glitch is, but its happening to Anzer Lizmos, who is an ambassador, which might have somethin to do with it.

heres another pic of it.. but if u look closely under Anzer LIzmos and his pet, there is water
